Cancellations
& refunds
Please contact us as soon as your plans change or if you have a concern with your garment.
Consultation changes
Consultations can be cancelled or rescheduled without charge at least 24 hours beforehand. Within 24 hours, any held deposit may be forfeited at Darzi’s discretion.
Garment commissions
Once cutting begins, made-to-order garments cannot be cancelled for a change of mind. Before cutting, cancellation may involve a deduction for fabric or work already committed.
Garment concerns
Contact us promptly so we can assess and resolve any defect, difference from the agreed garment or concern about its intended purpose. Your Australian Consumer Law rights remain unaffected; this policy does not impose a time limit on those rights.
Alterations
Completed alteration work is generally not refundable for a change of mind. We rework alterations without charge if the fit does not match what was specified at fitting, subject to your statutory rights.
